The PASS (Portable Assisted Study Sequence) program is supplemental to the basic education program in Kansas; it is not in competition with the regular program. PASS is a viable alternative for students who need to make up credits and can read and write at the 7th-grade level at least. PASS is part of the statewide Migrant Education Program (MEP). It is designed to provide the migrant student with the opportunity to earn course credits through a semi-independent study arrangement. Based on home district needs, PASS courses may be made available to non-migrant students as well.

**Are you ordering PASS for non-migrant students? Please download, complete, and email the applicable forms below to Pam Hightower at pamh@fortscott.edu.
